Peter Andersen has had a varied career beginning in the Television industry in 1981. Since his early 20s, Peter has held senior positions with Channel Nine, Imparja Television and Austar. In 2000 Peter moved to the Education and Training sector as General Manager of Group Training Company, GTES.


Peter’s involvement in this industry included time as Board member and Chairman of the NSW and National Industry Associations, Chairman of the Riverina/Murray Regional WorldSkills Committee and was involved in many local and state committees and forums.

Holding formal qualification in Management and Recruitment, Peter’s experience in recruitment crosses many industries and position levels for clients ranging from small businesses to national corporations, government departments and educational institutes.

Janeen Andersen is a qualified Accountant having worked with a number of accounting firms in taxation and general practice. In 2007 Janeen extended her qualifications to graduate in Education and Mathematics and since then has taught at a number of private and public high schools in NSW and QLD.

You now have access to a recruitment specialist with 10 years Group Training, AAC and RTO industry experience. K2’s Peter Andersen spent nine years as General Manager of a major regional GTO and AAC. Peter also Chaired the NSW Group Training Association, spent time on GTA National’s Board and sat on a number of advisory committees and managed a QLD based RTO. Peter now combines this high level experience with recruitment qualifications and experience to dedicate himself to finding  high quality team members for GTOs, AACs and RTOs across the country.
